Our team worked to think of a name, which was proving difficult, particularly because some of us don't have English as our first language. We found Agoda on a list of domain names for sale and someone suggested a catchy phrase: "Agoda where I wanna go to!" What he meant was "I go to wherever I want to go."It kind of stuck. We think of it as global slang for "I go to."
